Saunter up to the new Carter the Great Bar in Hotel Oregon's Paragon Lounge to order a classic specialty cocktail with a twist. After all, Carter the Great achieved fame for making a live elephant disappear, so it's only fitting that we debut the bar with the Travelling Showman's Sidecar cocktail, starring Edgefield's Pot Still Brandy. Or try Carter's Cosmic Whiskey Sour, a nod to the legend himself. As you take in the magical mystery and the finely crafted, fresh-juice cocktails, pair them with the new small plates: candied hazelnuts, tempura sweet potatoes, spicy pork meatballs and more.
