Event Space Donations

McMenamins donates private event space to eligible groups. Not all locations are included in the donation program. Please note that meeting the criteria below does not guarantee a donation. A group is eligible if it meets all of the following requirements:

  • It is a non-profit human services, community development or educational organization.
  • It is locally based — national and international groups will not be considered for event space donation. 
  • It can accept a midweek, daytime slot (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

An approved group will receive: 

  • Waived room rental fees 
  • A 15% discount on food and beverages

How to submit an event space request

Those wishing to be considered for an event space donation must submit a request in writing to the sales office of the respective property. The letter must include your name and affiliation, what date or dates you are interested in and the donation requested.

Requests are reviewed periodically throughout the month — please allow a minimum of three weeks for a response.
