Anderson School Brewery
Established: August 2015
Once part of the school's woodshop, this space is now where crafting of another sort happens: beer made on the 10-barrel brewing system! We brew McMenamins standards (Hammerhead, Ruby and Terminator Stout), seasonals, and rotating property selections such as Bobcat Pale Ale. Our brewers also have the freedom to create unique recipes of their own, be it porter or pilsner, IPA or IRA-whatever they can dream up!
