Box Office
Both the Crystal Ballroom and Lola's Room specialize in open-floor shows with a very limited amount of seats. The rare seated events will be clearly denoted as such, within the event description on our schedule page.
Ticket Information
Tickets for all McMenamins shows are ticketed by Cascade Tickets, and may be purchased at the 23rd Avenue Bottle Shop, Crystal box office (located under the Crystal's awning) and McMenamins Edgefield, by phone at 1-855-CAS-TIXX, or by clicking the "Buy Tickets" link located on the event listing on our event schedule.
Tickets bought directly from any of our box offices will only incur a $2 fee. (Please note: Edgefield Concerts on the Lawn and Grand Lodge Concerts in the Grove are run by third-party promoters and artists, and these tickets will incur additional service fees.)

Ticket Refunds
Refund requests may be directed to refunds@etix.com. If a show is cancelled or rescheduled, ticketholders will be emailed with their refund options. We will also post show information on our website (crystalballroompdx.com) and social media platforms.
Accessibility
Limited mobility accessible tickets are available for purchase to all events online at Etix/Cascade Tickets or at any of our ticket locations. Section has a limited capacity and can sell out.
