Aged just 16, Bean released their self-funded, self-directed breakthrough debut single,‘Worldwide Torture’ on YouTube. Since its launch in 2019, the grassroots track has racked up animpressive 5.5 million views on the platform, while the follow-up single ‘Saccharine’ hasgarnered over 66 million views and counting.

In 2020, Bean released their debut independent EP, Worldwide Torture; a five-track recordthat balances hard-as-nails lyricism with dreamlike breaks, melodic pop choruses and trapmetal inflections. The EP was an instant hit with fans and critics alike, achieving over 200million streams globally. The Worldwide Torture EP was later reissued by Island andInterscope Records in November 2020 with six additional tracks. To date, Bean has amassedover half a billion streams.

Bean released the defiant ‘Carnage’ featuring pop artist Lucy Loone in late 2022, and theAcoustic Church Session EP in 2023.
